About Us
The Redmond Garden Club was established in October of 1990.
To better serve the PNW gardening community, we became a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in January 2020. With proceeds from our annual garden sale, we provide financial scholarships to local, up-and-coming horticultural enthusiasts. Club membership is limited to 50 people at any given time. Potential members are invited to inquire about joining, but may be asked to join the waiting list. If the club is full, you can still get to know us at one of our community events! Guest speakers are invited to present at our monthly meetings on topics such as rain gardens, specific flowers, responsible land stewardship and much more. We often visit public and private gardens in the Pacific Northwest and host garden-related crafting events. |

Scholarships
Our club members have over 3,000 years of gardening experience combined! Many of us are master gardeners and all of us are dedicated to helping others pursue an interest in becoming a horticultural professional. We're still updating our 2023 academic scholarship program. In the meantime, we highly recommend visiting the Environmental Horticulture program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland. Please check back in with us soon regarding our scholarships! |
